I love buying my nephew clothes from J Crew. However, when I purchased Christmas presents for him in December, I was surprised, confused and annoyed that the clothes were final sale. That is a ridiculous policy for any clothing store, as you never know if something is going to fit or if a kid, in particular, is going to like what has been purchased. I bought the items this year, but I will not buy from you again if that policy continues.
