These are high enough to meet my belly button and hold in my mom pooch, but show enough leg and cheek to not feel like I’m wearing a diaper. Im 48, a size 4 normally, and I had 3 kids, so there’s definitely some extra skin to hide. This does it. If you find high waisted styles just too high, these bottoms should serve you well. I got a small, and they’re perfectly comfortable. Other smalls from other brands I’ve purchased have technically fit, but weren’t light and comfortable. These are. A++++
