Bought these 2 months ago — ordered my usual size, 9 5, and have absolutely no trouble wearing them. The width is perfect for my medium foot, I have about 1/2" to the end of the heel., and they are super comfortable, without socks or with thin woolen ones. I like how heavy they are, it’s typical of a shoe with solid wooden sole. But I do not wear them using the back strap– I never wear my clogs with back straps — and probably would avoid using it on the basis of these reviews anyway. The reviews here are crazy uneven, and I’m glad I didn’t read them before purchasing, cause I might not have.
