   I have wide feet and normally wear a size 11 but figured I would need to size up to a 12 and I’m so glad I did. I shared that to let everyone know that the boots may be true to size but for wider, bigger feet sizing up might be beneficial. If you have very thick calves, there may be some difficulty putting them on. Outside of the sizing issues, these boots (in gold) will turn heads and garner compliments. They add a pop to any outfit. They have started to become a workhorse in my wardrobe–I wear them for cocktail/after hours events, and even to the office.

   I got these in silver, in a brand new, unopened box, so there are no scuffs, but I can see how they’ll appear with wear. At the sale price I got them it’s not a deal breaker, but I also hope the metallic will blind anyone to the flaws 🙂 I’m a true 7.5 medium and they fit like a glove in my size, but if I wanted a thicker sock or if you have wide feet, definitely size up. Otherwise, they are as gorgeous in person as they are in the pictures, and since it looks like metallics are here to stay, I’ll get some good use out of them.
