This top is so pretty! It fits well for a petite person! The quality is incredible too in the Liberty fabric; it is actually lined! Although the top is 100% cotton, it washes perfectly without wrinkling. The peplum style is not excessively large, just enough flare. It is very comfortable and the arm length is perfect for 00. For reference, I am 5’2", 99lbs with 24" waist.
