I purchased the wide leg cord trouser and loved them so much I came back for the jean version. I’m 5’8, hourglass with a long torso and the rise on these is perfect. I did size down from my usual 31 to a 30 and they fit like a glove with some tailoring in the hips and thigh and a nice wide leg from the mid thigh to the hem. They’re also long enough for a low heeled shoe or flats. I never buy jeans from j crew but now I’m hooked!
